Who can apply for the training programs?
If you’re a girl aged 18 to 40 with the drive to learn something new, you’re exactly who we’re looking for! Whether you come from a small village or a busy town, if you’re curious, motivated, and ready to grow, you’re welcome. No prior experience required.
What is the main goal of the SheShine?
At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: every young girl deserves to feel confident and ready for the future. Our goal is to provide girls who might be facing difficulty with digital skills. We want to help young women to discover their talents, tell their stories, and start successful careers. By focusing on real-world skills and career readiness, we create opportunities that build independence and self-belief.
Are your lessons truly free?
Absolutely. Every program at SheShine is completely free. We run as a self-funded non-profit, which means money is never a barrier to education or dreams. No registration fees, no hidden charges, all training, materials, and support are free.
Do I need any prior knowledge to join?
Not at all. We don’t offer courses but real client projects to provide real work experience to both beginners and experienced learners. Whether you’ve never used a computer or just want to expand your digital skills, we start from the basics and guide you step by step, so no one feels left behind.
How long do the programs for training last?
You get to learn from real client projects for a period of six months. We believe personalized, hands-on learning works best, so every staffer receives detailed guidance, live projects, and mentoring. By the end, you’ll have real skills, finished assignments, and newfound confidence.
What kind of job support do you provide?
We care about more than just training, we support your entire journey. Our team helps you build your CV, practice mock interviews, and learn how to present yourself professionally. We also connect graduates with hiring employers and guide them until they’re ready to take the next step, be it a job, internship, or personal project.
Can men also participate in your programs?
Currently, our focus is on empowering young women, especially those with fewer opportunities, so our programs are only for girls. However, we are open to expanding in the future if the need arises.
Where can I find the SheShine?
We’re proud to call Punjab our home! Students from nearby towns and villages come to our training center, which is located in the heart of Punjab that is Mohali. We’ve seen our students travel from all around to join our training program, and our team makes sure everyone feels at home when they get here.
What skills will I learn in digital marketing?
Our real client projects teaches practical and industry-ready skills. You’ll learn SEO basics, content creation using Canva, social media planning and management, branding, and using analytics to measure performance. These skills can be applied to small businesses, NGOs, or your own projects. (For a complete list, ask for our brochure or visit our office, we love meeting future students!)
