At SheShine, every girl or woman gets a real chance not just to dream but to build her dream career. We believe ambition deserves more than encouragement, it deserves opportunity. Founded in 2022 by Maninder Panesar as an in-house initiative of Zenauf SheShine was created to help women step fearlessly into the world of digital marketing. We provide a safe, future-forward space where you can gain digital literacy, real industry skills, and hands-on experience with a chance to earn job opportunities based on your performance. No prior experience is required, only the will to begin.

OUR STORY
Turning beginners into digital leaders
It began in 2022 with one simple question What if every woman could build a digital career, no matter her background? From this idea, SheShine was born. We started small under the banner of Maninder Foundation, offering practical training in digital marketing to women looking for a new start and quickly became a launchpad for aspiring professionals. Our sessions go beyond lessons, they’re filled with creativity, collaboration, and breakthrough moments. Here, women find their confidence, their voice, and their place in the digital world supported every step of the way.

Our goal at SheShine is to empower young women and girls from underprivileged backgrounds by providing them with the necessary digital skills. We believe that education can change lives, and by providing these girls with tech-driven knowledge, we help them access better career options and create a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
Who is eligible to enrol in the program for digital skills?
Girls and young women between the ages of 16 and 30 who are keen to learn and develop are welcome to enrol in our programs. Motivated individuals from all over India are welcome, but we especially encourage those from North India's underprivileged communities. If you're outside of our current regions, please contact us at contact@maninder.org; we'd love to discuss potential solutions.
Do the training programs have a cost?
No, there is no cost associated with our courses. We take pride in providing high-quality digital training that is affordable. After you finish the program, we also assist in putting you in touch with appropriate internship and placement opportunities.
How do I apply for a course?
Simply go to the website's Contact page, complete the short interest form, or email contact@maninder.org with your name, age, location, and a brief explanation of your interest. We'll contact you with the next steps if you qualify.
Are there any certificates available?
Indeed. You will receive a digital portfolio displaying your projects and a Certificate of Achievement upon completion of our program. These can improve your resume and show prospective employers that you have acquired new skills.
